- Developed and executed email marketing campaigns to customers & prospects.
- Development of organic and paid SEO strategies and campaigns.
- Content writing for website, email campaigns, brochures, and newsletters.
- Develop and manage social media presence.
- Manage 2 websites: one retail and one wholesale.
- Create all promotional items: catalogs, brochures, and sale flyers.
- Office duties; running reports, formatting Excel spreadsheets, customer service, and order entry into FACTS
- Management of the company brand and development of a new brand manual and standards.
- Collaborated effectively with all departments within the company to achieve goals.
Accomplishments
I collaborated with a website company to create our wholesale website, which required a lot of strategic back-end
calculating for our professional framers. After the completion of that website, we dove into the creation of a
new logo and look for our retail site. I collaborated with a different company that used Concrete 5 for the creation
of that retail website. I was fortunate enough to watch the transformation of the office environment go from everything
done on paper to electronic. Implementing a new ERP software, on-site server, Worldship with UPS, and so much more.
It was a great learning experience that I was able to take with me to my next position.
